This privacy policy describes how we process your personal information. The guidelines for our processing of personal data are found in the EU's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR" - 2016/679) and the Danish Data Protection Act, both of which came into force on May 25, 2018. This privacy policy is addressed to both our customers/users and collaboration partners, such as high schools and student associations.

- Relationships: We process your personal information as part of customer relationships and/or through our collaboration.
- Accessibility: We need your personal information to be able to save your profile.
- Improvement: We work to always offer you the best possible product.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:
We do not process sensitive personal data.
General personal data: Primarily general information such as name, address, contact information, CVR number, P-number, information about the company's or association's operations, production conditions, ownership, finances, account number, etc.
04Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data as described above based on the following legal basis:
- To fulfill our contract, collaboration agreement, etc.
- To offer our product.
- To comply with applicable legislation.
- If it follows from a sufficient legitimate interest.
- If we have obtained consent to process the information.
05Storage of personal data
The personal information we collect in connection with customer and/or collaboration relationships will be stored physically and electronically in collaboration with European subcontractors. Your information will be stored securely and confidentially. Only persons with a legitimate need have lawful access to your personal data. Upon termination of the customer or collaboration relationship, we assess the extent to which your information should be deleted. As a general rule, your personal data will be stored for 5 years after termination, after which it will be deleted without undue delay at the end of the year, unless legislation requires longer storage.

We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you: Information you provide to us yourself, e.g., when creating a customer relationship.
- From public authorities: Information we receive from public authorities and systems such as MitID, UNI-Login, and CVR.
07Disclosure of information
We may disclose your personal data to third parties who assist us with administration, e.g., payroll administration, accounting, hosting of IT systems, etc. We also disclose your personal data to relevant authorities where we are obliged to do so.

You can contact Happenings Group A/S' legal department at legal@happenings.dk to exercise your rights. There may be limitations:
- Requests: Right to access, rectification, or deletion of your data.
- Objections: Right to object to or restrict processing.
- Consent: If processing is based on consent, this can be withdrawn.
- Data portability: Right to receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Complaint: You can complain to a data protection authority, e.g., the Danish Data Protection Agency.
