International PEME Adoption

Starting your first year in Leuven doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, and if you're an upper-year student, you know exactly what that feels like. Through this, we would like to bring first-year and senior students together to build a supportive campus community. The main goal of the Adoption event itself is to help you find your group through challenges.

• First year students: Get paired with experienced upper-year buddies who know the ins and outs of student life. They’ll show you around town, pass study tips, and answer your questions.
• Upper year students: Remember what it was like navigating everything for the first time? Share your best course hacks, show incoming students your favorite spots in Leuven, and help them settle into university life.
  We’ll be organizing group activities throughout the entire academic year so your group can stay connected.
