For companies
Meet future engineers, developers, economists, lawyers, consultants and graduates through professional events.
We build the event around the students you want to meet.

- The report is built on real check-ins, not on how many clicked.
- Groups under five people are never shown, and you never see names.
- The students an association represents are everyone on the programme, not people you can automatically reach.
- Who you can reach is agreed for each event.
- Those who came is the only number that shows who you actually met.
- We don’t promise hires, applications or a set turnout.
Good to know.
What is Happenings' role?
Happenings is the platform associations use for events, memberships and check-in. We can coordinate the practical side of an event between a company and students. An association can also run it or co-host, and it owns the relationship with its members. We can handle all of it, including venue and catering, or just the parts you want help with.
Why not just call the association?
You can, and often that's the right call. We make sense if you want sign-up, check-in and reporting in one place, or want to meet several fields without starting over each time.
What does the company pay for?
For an agreed activity, like a company visit or a case challenge. Price and split are in a concrete proposal before anyone signs, and we don't have a fixed public price.
What does the company get?
An event with relevant students, your name clearly on it and a report with totals of who came. We don't promise hires.
What about privacy?
You never get member lists, and the report only shows totals. Groups under five people aren't shown.
Will the wrong students come?
The audience is agreed up front. We agree the audience and format with you and the association. The report shows attendance by programme and start year. You bring who you'd like to meet and a task that suits them.
Will only a few show up?
It can happen, and we can't promise attendance. We bring sign-up and check-in together so you can follow along. You bring content worth coming for. We don't promise a set number.
Will it create work for our team?
The practical side sits in one place, but you still need to show up. Deal, signature, tickets and check-in sit in one system today. Coordination from us is agreed deal by deal. You bring the task, your people and possibly the venue.
Will it leave anything lasting?
Only if you do it again. The report stays on the deal so you can compare next time. A deal can repeat each semester or year if both sides want. We don't promise hires or applications.
Will follow-up get messy?
The deal, the conversation and the report sit in one place. Deal and report sit on the same page today. We never hand out member lists.
Will our brand be represented poorly?
You and the association agree how you appear at the event. Sponsorships are clearly shown as sponsorships. Terms and content are in the deal before anyone signs.
Which students can you reach?
As of 4 November 2026 there are verified association pages in engineering, business and economics, and law on Happenings. That doesn’t say how many you can reach, and we agree that for each event.
Shall we have a short talk?
